When placing an order, you must ship the old contents, whether photo albums or video and audio tapes, to our company address using international shipping services such as DHL, Aramex, FedEx

After your request is completed, whether it is the process of converting old video tapes to digital, converting audio cassette tapes to mp3 or scanning old photos, the old contents (photo albums, camera tape, audio tapes, old cassette tape) can be sent back or dispense with or destroy upon your request. In the event that you wish to retrieve the old contents, they will be shipped to you again through the approved international shipping services. Note that each half kilogram will cost you five Kuwaiti dinars.
